  • Grand Azur offers free shipping on all orders to the USA. Orders will take 5-8 business days to process and ship. Our office operates Monday through Friday, with the exclusion of U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following week. Please double-check that your shipping information is correct as Grand Azur is not able to change the city, state or zip code, nor can it reroute packages once shipped.

  • Grand Azur does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military address, or shipping forwarding locations.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package while in transit.

    International Shipping

    We currently offer international shipping and your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Grand Azur is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer unless otherwise stated or purchased during checkout

    Lost or stolen packages

    • If a package is recorded as delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please contact us at info@grandzur.com within 2 weeks of placing your order. Once you’ve reported your package as lost, our Customer Service team will reach out to the shipper to open an investigation regarding your package.
    • We will work closely with the shipper as they conduct their investigation, and we will resolve the problem accordingly once this investigation has been concluded.
    • Grand Azur is not responsible for packages that have been delivered to the wrong address if a customer has provided incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Please confirm your mailing details before placing an order.
    • Our ultimate objective is to ensure that our customers have a remarkable shopping experience with us at Grand Azur. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase online, please contact customer service to assist you with any issues you may have. You may return or exchange the product for up to 5 business days as from the delivery date.
    • Returned products must be in new, unused, in unaltered condition with all tags and stickers attached and in the original packaging. Grand Azur will not accept products returned outside the guidelines. Anything returned outside the guidelines will not be accepted and will be shipped back to your shipping address. Returns will be processed within 14 business days from the date we receive the package. Once we receive your package, your refund(s) will be issued within 7 business days from the day your return is completed.
    • To make an exchange, the original product must be returned first, and the new item must be purchased by the
      customer.
    • Customers must return their products at the customer’s own expense.

    How to return your product:

    1. Repackage the Product, Invoice, Barcode and all packaging with protective materials intact.
    2. Purchase a shipping label at a shipping carrier of your choice.
    3. Ship the product to the return address that’s provided on the invoice.

    Please note:

    1. Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged at stores that sell Grand Azur.
    2. Grand Azur cannot claim ownership of the product until the Grand Azur Returns Department
    confirms it has received the product.
    3. We can only accept purchases made in and through the Grand Azur website.

    How to care for your Sunglasses

    ♦ Spray lens cleaning product on to your Grand Azur micro-fiber cleaning cloth and wipe down your lens and frames on a daily basis, to avoid oil build up that may from your skin.

    ♦ Wipe your Grand Azur sunglasses dry with the cleaning cloth after spraying it with lens cleaner.

    ♦ Do not use alcohol based sprays or abrasive detergents on your sunglasses.

    ♦ Store your Grand Azur sunglasses on a dry & cool place, in the Grand Azur rigid box or velvet soft zippered case.
